I will typically bring my table and materials to your home for a complete in person session.
If you prefer in person sessions, I can often accommodate that within the Melbourne area. Let’s talk about it.
While I often use sound healing remotely, a full sound bath, when available, will be offered only in person.

Using guided conversation, a series of exercises, intuitive and light energy reading, we work together to help you achieve the life and reality you truly want and deserve.
I have spent considerable time studying trauma informed coaching and somatics so that I can be better prepared to help you learn to be the captain of your own ship, understand the grip trauma (big T or little t) has on our bodies. We all have it. And through the exploration of myself, the body and the way we store trauma, I am better equipped to guide you on your journey. It’s awfully hard to move forward effectively, without resolving the turmoil most of our nervous systems are in on a regular basis.
